Delivery

All of our standard bags will be delivered within 5 working days.
All products which require name printing will be delivered within 7 working days.

We also provide a special rate, 48 hour delivery service.

Large quantities of bespoke require lead times to be negotiated at the point of sale.

Shipping Rates:

5 working days = £9.99*
48 hrs = £14.99*

* - Delivery is charged per item.

The Bags

Bags come in large and extra large sizes, but we will endeavour to make anything you require, irrespective of shape and size. Please call us with any enquiry you may have.

All bags are supplied:

filled and ready for use.
wrapped in protective packaging.
with removable, machine washable outer bag and inner support bag.

Returns policy

We will accept returns on any order, provided that the product shows no sign of damage, within 4 working days of the customer receiving the product. Shipping cost incurred with returns is solely the responsibility of the shipper.

For any damaged or defective shipments, merchandise should be either rejected upon delivery, or call our land line on 0208 811 2621 number within 3 days of receiving, and obtain a bag collection date.

We will reimburse any shipping costs on defective or damaged merchandise provided that our return policies are followed. We really want you to enjoy our bean bags and products, and strive to deliver on time, in perfect condition, every time.
